A UofL alumna and Louisville native, she served as a writer and editor for local and national publications and as an account services coordinator and copywriter for marketing and design firms prior to joining UofL’s Office of Communications and Marketing.

UofL President Kim Schatzel had one problem with her role in UofL’s commencement ceremonies: the medallion necklace traditionally worn by the president is quite heavy.

Caitlan Jones will graduate from UofL School of Medicine on May 11 and continue her training at the UofL Owensboro Family Medicine Residency Program.
