Cardinal Singers top Korean competition

The Cardinal Singers, a choral ensemble of the University of Louisville School of Music, are champions of the Yeosu International Choir Competition in Yeosu, Korea, and end their week of competition with a total of six awards. June 17, 2013

Besides being named Grand Prix round winners, they also placed first in the categories of Mixed Choir and Sacred Music and second in Pop/Jazz and Spiritual/Folk. Conductor Kent Hatteberg won the Best Conductor Award.
