Cardinal Singers top Korean competition
The Cardinal Singers, a choral ensemble of the University of Louisville School of Music, are champions of the Yeosu International Choir Competition in Yeosu, Korea, and end their week of competition with a total of six awards. June 17, 2013Besides being named Grand Prix round winners, they also placed first in the categories of Mixed Choir and Sacred Music and second in Pop/Jazz and Spiritual/Folk. Conductor Kent Hatteberg won the Best Conductor Award.
