CHS says prepare against flu
Flu cases are on the rise around the nation. So far, UofL has only a slight increase in flu cases, but now, says Campus Health Services, is the time for students, faculty and staff to take steps to prepare themselves against the flu. January 10, 2013- Get your flu shot. CHS is still giving flu shots, and no appointment is needed. Clinic hours are online. Call 852-6479 for more information.
- Wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitizer. UofL has placed hand sanitizer dispensers across its campuses.
- If you have to sneeze or cough, cover your mouth with your sleeve — not your hands — to reduce the spread of germs. Watch this video to see how to sneeze properly.
- If you are sick, stay home or in your dorm room to prevent spreading germs to others.
