Employees wed on campus
University of Louisville employees Bridgett Young and Todd Thornberry tied the knot April 1 in the place they met as family, friends and co-workers looked on. April 1, 2010Young, an administrative assistant with the REACH program, met Thornberry, a control technician at the Physical Plant, when he stopped in the Strickler Hall office for coffee.
It just seemed natural, she said, to have the wedding there, too.
Manuel McMillan, Sr., assistant director for compliance in financial aid and a pastor, officiated.
