KENTUCKY STUDENTS WIN MCCONNELL CENTER ESSAY CONTEST

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Four Kentucky high school students have taken top honors in an essay contest on the U.S. Senate and American democracy, earning scholarships and other awards from the University of Louisville.
