Lawmakers recognize James Graham Brown Cancer Center for national breast care accreditation
Kentucky lawmakers on Feb. 25 honored the University of Louisville's James Graham Brown Cancer Center as the first and only center in Kentucky to be granted a full three-year accreditation by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers. March 1, 2010Rep. Tom Burch and Sen. Julie Denton introduced resolutions in the House and Senate, respectively, recognizing the accreditation as an achievement for women across the commonwealth. Several members of the breast care team were on hand as both resolutions were passed.
