MEMBERS OF FIRST CLASS RETURN TO MARKSOUTHERN POLICE INSTITUTE'S 50 YEARS

LOUISVILLE, Ky.-The latest group of police managers to graduate from a University of Louisville administrative officers course will hear Friday from a member of the first graduating class 50 years ago.
