National conference to examine economic issues among African Americans

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Experts will explore ways to improve the economic well-being and self-sufficiency of African Americans -- including removing roadblocks to business ownership and increasing personal savings rates -- at the 35th annual National Conference on the Black Family in America March 13-16 at the Holiday Inn Downtown.
