Sign up for UofL Alert to get closure, delay info
Winter weather has arrived in Louisville. With the potential for snow and ice, the campus community is advised to sign up for the UofL Alert system to receive notifications about closures and delays. January 6, 2010The UofL Alert notification system uses cell phone text messages, university IP phones, university website, e-mail system and other methods to notify students, staff and faculty of emergencies that could pose an immediate risk to health and safety.

In case of severe weather or closures or delays, information will be placed on the UofL Today website and on the university's homepage. In addition, an e-mail will be sent to the campus community.
Local media outlets also will be notified of closures.
