UofL graduate entrepreneurship listed in Top 25

The University of Louisville’s College of Business has once more been listed in a national ranking of the Top 25 U.S. schools with the best graduate entrepreneurship programs. August 22, 2014

The Princeton Review, working with Entrepreneur magazine, ranks the nation’s undergraduate and graduate entrepreneurship programs each year based on surveys sent to more than 2,000 schools. UofL placed 22nd in the publication’s 2014 ranking of graduate entrepreneurship programs issued Sept. 16.

UofL’s business school awards MBA and doctoral degrees in entrepreneurship. In addition, its administrators and faculty work closely with graduate students to prepare them for local, state, regional and national business plan contests.

In the past five years, its entrepreneurship graduates have started 12 companies and collectively raised $5.2 million, the survey said.

“Entrepreneurship director Van Clouse and his team have built an outstanding program we can all be proud of,” said Rohan Christie-David, interim dean of UofL’s business school.
