Madisonville UofL campus wins rural health care award

The Trover Campus at Baptist Health Madisonville of the University of Louisville School of Medicine will receive the 2014 Shining Star of Community Achievement award from the Group on Regional Medical Campuses of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). The award will be presented Nov. 7 during the AAMC Annual Meeting at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago.
MA Thesis Exhibit to open at Cressman Center

Three students completing Master’s Degrees in fine arts will exhibit hand-painted prints, two-dimensional abstract textile pieces and unique hand-knitted works at the Cressman Center for Visual Arts Nov. 15 through Dec. 21.
